Victorian maiden. This is what would be considered an "elegant dress" They can be long like this one or short to the knees. Dresses like these you can't wear without acessories. A lace umbrella goes well. Or a basket, you can get those at Joans or any other crafts store. With the basket you'd tie lace into bows and maybe toss some flowers into it. I'll upload an example of that later.
Also, find some sort of flower design hair clips. Wear the hair down and in curls. Soft make and lots and blush. Hmm, odd I know so much. I'm such a tom boy I always hated fashion. -_-
